Coaching Philosophy:

I am an experienced triathlete being in the sport for more than a decade. From a former couch potato, but  transformed into a dedicated multisport athlete since 2015, fully embracing every moment of my journey, so I understand athletes that want to start being active, but have no idea where to start!  I am committed to helping others achieve their goals and beyond with the mindset “Anything is possible if you set your mind to it”.  I believe in being part of something bigger and am an avid supporter for IRONMAN 4 the Kids and frequently races under their colours.

I have worked way up to IRONMAN *AWA status from bronze and is currently an AWA Gold status athlete.

*AWA (All World Athlete) status is awarded to athletes that finished their racing year in the top one percent (Gold), top five percent (Silver) or top ten percent (Bronze) in their age group world wide.
