Louise Strydom is head coach and owner of Infinitude Multisport Coaching. She joined forces with TriDot as an athlete in 2016 and brought TriDot Triathlon Training to her athletes and the broader South Africa in 2019. She is a TriDot Certified Coach, TriDot Founding Master Coach and an IRONMAN Certified Coach. She has a Masters degree in Psychology and specialises in the field of motivation and athlete anxiety. Her athlete roster includes IRONMAN *AWA Gold, Silver and Bronze status athletes as well as IRONMAN World Championship, Triathlon World Championship finishers.

She is the first South African female triathlete to take on Patagonman Xtri in Chile, South America in December of 2022.

*AWA (All World Athlete) status is awarded to athletes that finished their racing year in the top one percent (Gold), top five percent (Silver) or top ten percent (Bronze) in their age group world wide.
